Please read these terms carefully. They explain how buying and using GiftNest gift cards works.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you browse GiftNest, buy a gift card or receive one. By placing an order you agree to them, together with the brand-specific terms shown on each gift card page.
2. Gift cards
Each gift card is issued for a specific brand and can only be redeemed with that brand, through the channels listed under "Where to use".
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded or transferred to another brand. Unused balances remain on the card until it expires.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Discounts are applied at checkout and shown in your order summary.
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. If a payment fails after money is debited, it is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Delivery
E-gift cards are delivered by email and, where a mobile number is provided, by SMS. Instant cards usually arrive within 2 minutes; others within 24 hours.
You are responsible for entering the recipient's details correctly. We are not liable for cards delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Scheduled cards can be cancelled for a full refund until they are delivered. Delivered cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Reward points
Reward points are earned on eligible purchases, have no cash value and may be used for up to 20% of an order. Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
7. Liability
Treat gift card numbers and PINs like cash. GiftNest is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen or shared after delivery.
